Petra - Aqaba - Musses springs

 

Drive to Petra 2 hours from Arava border via Aqaba past Wadi Rum till the small town of Wadi Moussa / Petra. Enter Petra through Al-Siq, a winding trail at the bottom of a natural deep canyon, at the end of which reveals itself the most famous Treasury Monument.  Hear story of the Nabateans who have established Petra as their capital on the “Spice Route”. Lunch break at a local restaurant on site. Afternoon drive back to Aqaba / Arava  border. Return to Eilat hotels.

07:15 - 07.45 - Pick up round from Eilat Hotels
07:55 - Cross ISR / JRD border & Drive to Petra
11:00 - Enter Petra, visit site.
15:30 - Lunch break & drive back to Aqaba.
