Commission	* We offer travel agents and tour operators 25% commission (Special offers are none commissionable) * If any customer book with us tour and got our contact from another customer been already with us will get 5% commission * Any customer booked with us more than one tour will get 10% commission * Any customer make any advertisements for us in other magazine, websites, links, newspaper will get 10% commission

Cancellation policy	30 days or more before arrival day: 5% from the package rates 20 - 29 days before arrival day : 25% from the package rates 10 - 19 days before arrival day: 50% from the package rates Less than 10 days before arrival day : 100% from the package rates
Inclusions and exclusions	* We do not provide travel insurance * We provide airlines tickets upon request * Drinks at lunches and at dinners are not included in all our packages

* Any customer make any advertisements for us in any magazines, websites, links, newspaper will get 10% commission, or 10% reduction from our services or packages

* We charge all packages in cash basis in Jordan after the tour finish
