Day 1:

Amman (D)
Upon arrival, meet your guide at the
airport and transfer to your hotel in Amman. Enjoy a free day in the
capital city, exploring as a group.

Day 2:
|
Amman - Dead Sea (B,D)
After breakfast, travel to Hesban, the
capital of the Amorite King Sihon, and Madaba, a city famous for its
Byzantine mosaics. Continue on to Mount Nebo, where Moses was shown
the Promised Land, and to Bethany Beyond the Jordan, where Jesus was
baptized and started his ministry. Arrive at your Dead Sea resort.
Enjoy a “float” before dinner.

Day 3: |
Dead Sea - Petra (B,D)
This morning, travel to
Karak Castle. Continue along the King’s highway to the small village
of Dana, which offers excellent views of the Dana Nature Reserve. In
the early evening, transfer to Petra for dinner.

Day 4: |
Petra (B,D)
Enjoy a half-day guided
tour of the ancient Nabataean city. The afternoon is free to explore
the site further.

Day 5: |
Petra - Aqaba (B,D)
Travel to Wadi Rum,
made famous by Lawrence of Arabia. Enjoy a four hour Jeep Safari in
the desert. Continue on to Aqaba where you spend the night.

Day 6: |
Aqaba – Eilat (B,D)
Enjoy a free morning in
Aqaba. You might like to go to the Bazaar or stroll along the beach.
Depart for Israel early afternoon. En route, stop at Tell al- Khalifa
which is thought to be the site of Ezion Geber. King Solomon imported
copper from the local mines for his extensive building projects.
Travel to Eilat and enjoy a guided tour at the Timna Park.

Day 7: |
Eilat – Jerusalem (B,D)
Travel through the
Negev desert and stop in Arad. Visit the ruins of the ancient
Canaanite town before continuing on to Masada. Enjoy a guided tour of
the ancient fortress where a group of Jews chose to commit collective
suicide rather than surrendering to the Roman soldiers. Continue on to
Jerusalem.

Day 8: |
Jerusalem (B,D)
Enjoy a half-day
guided tour of the Old Jerusalem. The tour includes visits to the
Temple Mount (where the first temple built by Solomon was located),
the Western Wall and the Citadel. In the afternoon, explore the Old
City as a group.

Day 9: |
Jerusalem (B,D)
This morning meet your
coach and driver for a an excursion which will take you to Jerusalem’s
surrounding highlights: the Kidron Valley, the City of David,
Hezekiah’s tunnels, Mount of Oiives, Garden of Gethsemane and . At the
end of the day, visit the Israel Museum where you will be able to see
the Dead Sea Scrolls and a scale model of Jerusalem as it was before
the 70CE destruction by the Romans.

Day 10: |
Jerusalem –Nazareth (B,D)
Travel to Qaesarea and
enjoy a guided tour of the archeological park. In the afternoon,
continue on to Meggido, site of decisive battles. At the end of the
day, travel to Nazareth where Jesus spent his youth.

Day 11: |
Nazareth – Jerash (B,D)
This morning, travel
from Nazareth to Tiberias. Enjoy free time in Tiberias. In the
afternoon enjoy a cruise on the Sea of Galilee which will take you
from Tiberias to Capernaum. Explore Capernaum as as a group. Continue
on to Korazim. Visit the remains of the old town where its inhabitants
where condemned for their lack of faith. At the end of the day cross
the border and continue on the Decapolis.

Day 12: |
Jerash (B,D)
Visit one of the
Decapolis: Jerash. Explore, the theatre, Adrian’s arch, the
hippodrome. After the visit continue on to Amman.

Amman (B,D)
You have free time
Amman to visit some of its interesting sites: the Roman theatre, the
Citadel or the Old Market. In the afternoon, transfer to the airport
